consultation meeting with the Strategic Advisor to the Mayor, Mr. Bin Lao. Attendees representing the Filipino community: Ida Beltran-Lucila, Marco Luciano, Grace Alarcon-Isla, Lito Velasco, Jun Angeles, Tony Surtida.
